We make all the variety of mattress protectors in the world like mattress protectors, mattress pads and mattress toppers. We can provide; the full mattress cover , the fitted sheet protectors having skirting for the mattress and a simple protector jut covering the upper layer of the mattress. Also we provide the mattress toppers which increase the softness of the mattress and cover the mattress with a tick layer where mattress pad is a very solid layer with the polyester felt filling.
Fabric:
We use different types of fabric mostly as per our customer’s choice like the Poly Cotton fabric from 144 to 200 threads. The fabric is beached with the soft finish which make is like a wrinkle free when used under the bed sheet.
Waterproof Mattress Protector
Then we also use the waterproof fabric which just doesn’t allow the liquid spilled on bed to reach the mattress mostly the fabric is quoted with the waterproof layer.
Filling:
We generally use the virgin non sliconized polyester wadding sheet form 100 to 200 GSM. The wadding is heated well to make it a firm and durable sheet.
Quilting:
The quilting of the mattress is done with the computerized multi-needle quilting machine with the diamond, onion, squares and numberless different deigns with the strengthened cotton thread to make it a solid mattress protector which stitches just doesn’t come out. The sides of the mattress protector are joint with the Adlide machine which makes it look like a classy piece of Five Star Hotel textile product.
Elastic:
We use the high quality durable and highly stretchable elastic on the four sides which make the protector grip the bed and sticks there very firmly. Our Elastic is 1.5 to 2.3 inches wide.
